Waiting List Information

If you are unable to find a roommate and wish to have a random roommate assigned to you, you can choose the Waiting List option. Undergraduate and ELI students will be assigned to Ballard West, Carlin Hall, or Peet Hall, depending on availability. Graduate students will be assigned to the graduate community in Carlin Hall, depending on availability as well.

Important Notes for All Students

• Complete the Course Registration, Housing Application and Lottery Application online by Sunday, June 20, 2021 and
• You will receive an e-mail notification from Residence Life and Housing with your room assignment and roommate information.

Disclaimer

Students who have not participated in the Room Lottery process or missed the application deadline will automatically be placed on the waiting list. Residence Life and Housing reserves the right to assign students to vacant spaces.
Students who cancel the room assignment AFTER receiving their room assignments will automatically be charged the $500.00 cancellation fee.
