Completing the Exemption Form

All first and second-year undergraduates need to live on campus.

If you feel you qualify for an exemption to this policy, please complete this Exemption Form.

The Housing Operations Manager will consider each request on a case-by-case basis, and may need supporting documentation to help them reach a decision.

Please email any supporting documents you have to Contact here as soon as you can after submitting your form.

We need a minimum of 10 business days to process any request.

To help us reach a quick decision, please include as much information as you can. Once the Housing Operations Manager has reached their decision, they will let you know by email.

We recommend you DO NOT enter into any lease or rental agreement before we let you know the outcome of your exemption.
