The Office of the Dean of the Faculty is dedicated to fostering a diverse and distinguished community of faculty at our university. Our goal is to provide faculty with the resources and support they need to conduct transformative research and teaching, engage across academic disciplines, and educate the next generation of leaders and innovators.
We recruit, retain, and develop faculty in a range of disciplines across our five schools: 1) Human Services and Sciences, 2) Language, Education, and Culture, 3) Arts and Humanities, 4) Science, Technology, Accessibility, Mathematics, and Public Health, and 5) Civic Leadership, Business and Social Change. In addition to managing academic policies and procedures, the Dean of the Faculty is committed to establishing standards of conduct that foster a positive and respectful learning environment.
If you are a current faculty member or are considering joining our community, we encourage you to contact us to learn more about available opportunities. We look forward to working with you and supporting your research, teaching, and professional development at our university.
