I'm Phil./p>
Karen.
Tami.
Tony.
I attended another university for my undergraduate education.
I thought my world was big then.
However, when I came here,
I was blown away as I was exposed to a lot.
I knows you will as well.
Back when I was I was a student at my local public high school
I was just an athlete only,
that's essentially all I saw myself as.
Here at Gallaudet University,
I'm part athlete,
part student of academics,
an all around person.
I am more than just an athlete.
Back in high school
I was experiencing hearing loss
After navigating for a bit,
I found myself feeling alone.
I couldn't say I had much friends.
I came to Gallaudet
and it's truly been life changing.
Being on the same playing field as others
with equal communication access,
I'm immersed in a learning and signing environment.
It just feels natural.
Your journey will start here,
like mine did.
GO
BISON!
