Welcome to the Marketing and Assessment Portal!

We are charged with the exclusive responsibility of tracking data to make residence hall living a better experience at Gallaudet.

Some of the assessment work we do include surveys, 1:1 interviews, focus groups, and among others. We also conduct an annual survey with the support of Educational Benchmarking Incorporated (EBI).

We affiliate with the Association of College and University Housing Officers – International (ACUHO-I), a professional association that supports and promotes the collegiate residential experience by creating value through education, avocation, and network connections. ACUHO-I helps the Office of Residence Life and Housing to meet the needs of dynamic campus environments. And they do this to help make a positive difference in the lives of our members and the students they serve.

In addition to data tracking and assessment, we also have exclusive responsibility in cultivating and maintaining the internal and external marketing presences of the Office of Residence Life and Housing via social media, the Internet, and printed materials.
