ELI Students do not need to complete the Course Registration prior to completing the Housing Application and Lottery Application online.
There are two groups you can sign up for – Groups of Four (4 roommates for Carlin Hall or Clerc Hall) and Groups of Two (2 roommates for Carlin Hall, Clerc Hall, Peet Hall, or Ballard West). You may choose the Single Room Housing option when completing your Lottery Application.
For ELI students who become undergraduate students in Fall 2021, the Residency Requirements will apply. To learn more about Residency Requirement for first/second-year students, navigate here. Exemption requests must be made prior to participating in the Room Lottery. Please be sure to provide approved necessary documentation to support your request for exemption to live on campus. Incomplete requests will not be processed.
Students who have not participated in the Room Lottery process or missed the application deadline will automatically be placed on the waiting list. Residence Life and Housing reserves the right to assign students to vacant spaces.
Students who cancel the room assignment AFTER receiving their room assignments will automatically be charged the $500.00 cancellation fee.
