The Registrar’s Office is home to the university’s academic records. The registrar maintains student academic progress from the moment they step on campus. If a student has questions about course enrollment, grades, academic status, transfer credits, or graduation readiness, they should make an appointment.
The Registrar’s staff is responsible for the following: execution of all course registrations (on-campus, online, cross-consortium); classroom and meeting reservations; transfer credit processing; verification of articulation agreements with other universities and programs; undergraduate readmissions; transcript and diploma issuance; and maintenance of the academic calendar.

For legal name changes, a Social Security card authority name change is required for U.S. citizens, and for international students, a certified copy of the legal document authorizing the name change is required.
