Supervisors will receive a reminder from Engage2Excel (formerly TharpeRobbins) of your employee’s milestones. Human Resources will contact you when the presentation boxes arrive for your employees. Please prepare a meaningful presentation to express appreciation and recognize accomplishments.

You may also send eCards to employees that have reached milestones or deserve congratulations.

Engage2Excel provides online training for employee recognition; here is a document that may assist you in planning such a presentation.
