Departments

Title IX
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX) prohibits discrimination based on gender in educational programs, which receive federal financial assistance. Title IX also protects students and employees from unlawful sexual harassment in school programs and activities.

Programs

Employee Assistance Program
The Gallaudet Employee Assistance Program provides assistance to employees who may be experiencing personal difficulties such as drug or alcohol abuse, psychological or emotional problems, or family or financial troubles.
Gallaudet Recognition Program
Gallaudet University bestows a gift to our employees on their anniversary date. Through the Service Awards Program, employees may select from a broad selection of awards at each anniversary level.
Professional Development Opportunities
At Gallaudet, learning is a lifelong quest. We provide professional development opportunities that both help employees increase their effectiveness, by building and refining job skills, and enhance the level of service to the University.
