JumpStart Orientation Schedule

Jumpstart’s four-week Immerse ASL Program offers a packed daily schedule of activities from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. The group participates in interactive activities every morning, followed by small groups in the afternoon for hands-on activities. Tuesdays and Thursdays offer Personal Discovery, an outdoor activity that encourages teamwork through physical work. Wednesdays bring exploration of DC’s relevant ASL and History. In the evenings, the Jumpstart Team plans fun activities to keep students active after dinner. On the weekends, students have the opportunity to go on away trips with Jumpstart Staff to the beach, amusement parks, and Washington Nationals baseball game, as well as explore more of DC!
