Academics

Good academic planning is critical to student success. The academic planning meeting (APM) provides the opportunity for an academic advisor and a student to discuss the student’s educational plan and career and personal goals.

Academic advisors review students’ academic performance each semester, discuss any difficulties, make suggestions for improvement, assist with developing a four-year plan, and offer advice on the courses that they should select for the following semester.
