Merchandise shipping information

Any order selected for shipment will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business day(s) (Monday through Friday except on holidays) of receipt of order. Remember, orders that are sent via UPS ground service will generally arrive in 3-5 business days. However, the U.P.S. Guarantee states that the item will arrive within 7 days from the time it is picked up to the time it is delivered.

Due to Customs and Border Control we are only able to ship with-in the United States of America. Order placed for delivery outside of the country will not be processed.

Orders are shipped United Parcel Service (U.P.S.) Monday through Friday. No holidays or weekends.

• Please provide us with a full street address; U.P.S. does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
• When entering you address please Do Not use Abbreviations, as this may delay or prevent delivery of your order.
• There is an $11.95 flat-rate fee for the first item, each item after that incurs a $3 fee.
• All orders will have a $1.50 handling fee (This includes the ‘Pick-up in store’ option).
• If expedited shipping is needed please contact Us before you place your order.
• Orders received before noon will be sent out that business day, those received afternoon will be sent out the following business day.
