Gallaudet University is dedicated to maintaining an environment that supports integrity, respect, and accountability. Misconduct is defined as any action that violates university policies, including the Administration and Operations Manual, the Student Handbook, the Faculty Handbook, or other standard or requirement applicable to the University.

This page serves as a central resource for reporting concerns about misconduct, exploring dispute resolution options, and connecting with the appropriate offices for support and guidance. We encourage all students, faculty, staff, and community members to come forward with any concerns they may have.

Retaliation:All inquiries, and all good faith reports of suspected misconduct regardless of whether they are substantiated and regardless of the method of reporting, can be made free from fear of retaliation per the University’s Non-Retaliation Policy.

Make A Report or Seek Resolution

We encourage you to report any allegations of misconduct or seek resolution for disputes as soon as possible. While you can report misconduct at any time, acting quickly helps the University gather evidence, identify witnesses, and carry out a thorough and fair investigation. Please be aware that some resolution options may have time limits.
