How to Pay Your Student Account Balance

Please see below the options to pay your student account balance:

Spring 2024 Payment Deadline: February 16th, 2024 

Online Payments: All online payments can be made quickly and conveniently through GallyPay. All students can access GallyPay through Bison (Campus Solutions). Parents, Guardians, and Vocational Rehabilitation counselors can be granted third-party access to GallyPay once the student grants permission. Using GallyPay, secure e-payments can be made from a checking or savings account at no charge. 

• Credit card payments – Gallaudet does not accept credit card payments for student accounts via the telephone. Payments must go through GallyPay. Gallaudet accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. We do not charge any additional service fees for using a debit/credit card. 
  
  
• Returned Card Payments:  A service fee and additional processing fees may be posted as a charge to your student account whether paid by you or a third party. It can take up to three business days for a returned payment to appear on the account. 

Mail Options: Please include the student’s name and GU student ID number on all check/money order payments.
