How to Pay Your Student Account...

Step 1: Navigate to Menu and click ‘My Financials’Step 2: Once in ‘My Financials” click ‘Make a Payment- Transact’Step 3: A new window should appear in Transact with your student account information on the OVERVIEW tabStep 4: CLICK
Online Payments: All online payments can be made quickly and conveniently through Transact. All students can access Transact through Workdayy. Parents, Guardians, and Vocational Rehabilitation counselors can be granted third-party access to Transact once the student grants permission. Using Transact, secure e-payments can be made from a checking or savings account at no charge.
Credit card payments – Gallaudet does not accept credit card payments for student accounts via the telephone. Payments must go through Transact. Gallaudet accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. We do not charge any additional service fees for using a debit/credit card. We cannot refund credit card payments once successfully made.
