Black Lives Matter | Am I Next? Video

Storm Smith released a short film, Am I Next? via her Instagram account.

According to Smith, “This video is an unfortunate powerful art story where we gathered Black Deaf individuals in our community to share the heart of what we are feeling and experiencing.”

She hopes that by bringing this to light, it will push the movement of change forward for justice, action, unity, consciousness, and love.

Smith says:“At the end of all this, we want to dismantle systematic racism for good. We are counting on you to make that happen.”

Natasha Ofili, a deaf actress, worked with Smith to write and produce the video.
