Opportunities

Public Affairs programs allow students to experience the professional world through internships and activities around Washington, D.C. Students will have gained experience working with deaf and hard of hearing communities and will have participated in several informal and formal events outside of the classroom. Gallaudet also encourages students to participate in organizations and events in the D.C. community.
