Public Affairs bachelor’s degree recipients are employed at places such as the Federal Communications Commission, the Maryland Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and The White House.
Many continue their studies at law school or graduate school. Some continue at Gallaudet, which offers a Master of Public Administration program particularly noted for preparing professionals who are deaf and hard of hearing, or who work with deaf and hard of hearing colleagues.
Most recent graduate-level alumni of Public Affairs programs are either employed (66 percent) or pursuing further education (17 percent).
