GTS Course Schedules

To see the full course catalog, go to Bison. 

These reports are available as Microsoft Excel files that you can read or download to your computer including course subject, number and section, current and maximum enrollments, location, instructor, description, and time schedule.

Regular Course Schedules:

• Spring 2023 (Excel)
• Summer 2023 (Excel)
• Fall 2023 (Excel)

Online/Hybrid Course Schedules:

• Spring 2023 (Excel)
• Summer 2023 (Excel)
• Fall 2023 (Excel)

To download the Excel file, right-click on the link “Excel” and then click on “Save Target As” or “Save Link As.” Save the file to your computer. You may want to add the date to the filename (e.g., save as classes_0816_spring2013.xlsx).

If you do not have a copy of Excel on your computer, you can still view the Excel file using the Microsoft Excel Viewer.

If you have Excel on your computer, you can filter the spreadsheet to see specific parts of the class schedule (e.g., courses on a specific day, courses by a specific instructor).

To filter the spreadsheet:

1. Select the entire spreadsheet by clicking in the top left corner above the first row of data
2. Click “Data” on the menus at the top of the screen
3. Click “Filter”
4. Click “Auto Filter”
5. Use the drop-down boxes for any column to see only part of the class schedule.
