About

Thomas Mulloy currently serves as Director of Strategic and Corporate Finance for Slough Borough Council in the United Kingdom. He has previously worked as Chief Accountant at the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. 

After obtaining a bachelor degree from the University of Wales, Aberystywth, he then went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant. His career has spanned over a decade in the public sector field, working for the likes of the Audit Commission and Grant Thornton, mainly in the field of External Audit. Currently he chairs a national charity for the deaf - Royal Association for Deaf People (RAD), and is an active member of the deaf community in both Ireland and the UK.

A native of Dublin, Ireland, he hails from a deaf family. He now resides in London with his deaf wife and daughter.
