About

Edson brings over twenty years of experience in real estate and development, initially growing from mortgage financing, then into build-for-sale and rental apartment projects in the Puget Sound region. As President of Rainier Development, with a solid foundation of experience in Seattle, the company expanded to workforce and affordable Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) multifamily projects around the country. With his affiliation and work at West Coast Commercial Realty, he widened his real estate background into a brokerage. These investment categories continue to grow in new markets, now considered a sought-after category in prime metropolitan service areas (MSA's) around the country.

Mr. Gallaudet is the great, great grandson of Edward Miner Gallaudet, the University’s first president, and the Rev. Thomas Hopkins Gallaudet, after whom the University was named. He and his wife Julie have four children: Claire, Gigi, Edson IV, and Charlotte.
