Dr. H. David Snyder is currently completing research at NASA in the Biospheric Sciences Laboratory, processing spy satellite photographs from the 1960’s Corona Program for use in evaluating vegetation changes.
The work involves projecting pixels from panoramic photographs from the spacecraft down to the Earth’s surface and mapping these pixels correctly to the existing terrain.
