This site provides an extensive list of forms and documents for members of the Gallaudet community who are approved to travel for University-related purposes. Please be advised that both the International Travel Plan and Travel Advance/Reimbursement forms required by Academic Affairs and the Office of Finance, respectively, MUST BE COMPLETED before any University travel plan can be approved. Also, please note that the International Travel Summary is no longer required.
