How a Payment Plan Can Benefit You

We understand the stress that our students and their families may feel when dealing with tuition bills. It’s important to us that we do everything we can to ease your burden. Our Payment Plan allows you to spread out your tuition payments over time instead of making a single lump sum payment. This means that you will still owe the same amount but will have more time to pay, and your payments will be smaller and more manageable.

  • The payment plan is designed for individuals who cannot pay the entire tuition and fees at once or who wish to keep funds in an interest-bearing savings account for as long as possible.
  • The earlier you enroll in a payment plan, the lower your monthly payments will be spread out over more time.
  • The payment plan is not a loan, and there are no interest rates to consider, only a small enrollment fee per Academic Period.
  • Ability to set up auto payments and reminders for monthly payments
  • Multiple payment options such as ACH, credit and debit card

Are there additional fees or deposits to enroll in a payment plan with Transact?

With the transition to Transact from Nelnet, you no longer need to make a down payment of 15% to enroll in a payment plan. Instead, a $35.00 service fee will be charged when enrolling in a payment plan within Transact.
