Gallaudet Selected as Number One Best Value School by “U.S. News & World Report”
Gallaudet University was recently chosen by U.S. News & World Report as the number one Best Value Schools – Regional Universities (North) in the 2016 “U.S. News Best Colleges” ranking. According to U.S. News & World Report, the Best Value Schools are calculated through the university’s academic quality along with the 2014-2015 net cost of attendance for a student who receives the average level of need-based financial aid. Gallaudet was also number 19 on the Best Colleges – Regional Universities (North) list.
“The U.S. News & World Report ranking shows how Gallaudet University is committed to ensuring that the cost of tuition and fees remains fair,” said President T. Alan Hurwitz. “Gallaudet is considered “home” by our students because the university provides an environment where they can thrive, both inside and outside the classroom.
