Education of the Deaf Act (EDA) Cost Principles

The University receives a substantial proportion of its annual revenue by direct appropriation from Congress under the authority of the Education of the Deaf Act (EDA). All University funds appropriated under the EDA will be expended in a reasonable and prudent manner and only for University-related purposes. This document details University policies and principles for the allowability of costs under the EDA.
