I am a Help Desk Analyst and provide Tier 1 support to the Gallaudet community.  Nothing gives me greater pleasure than serving people and I've been afforded the opportunity to serve the Gallaudet community since becoming a member of the GTS Help Desk team in 2002.  I am alumni of Bowie State University (Bowie, MD), and Stratford University (Falls Church, VA) and also a member of the Help Desk Institute (HDI) as a Certified Help Desk Analyst and Certified Customer Support Specialist.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my Wife and three children by going to the movies, parks, dinner, professional games and supporting our children's extra curricular activities.  We also enjoy volunteering our time at church with our involvement in various ministries that include teaching classes, pre-marital guidance, participating in children and youth ministries, audio engineering, and outreach events.
