Loriel hails from sunny Southern California, and received her B.A. in Deaf Studies from CSUN in 2006. She has a masters degree in interpreting pedagogy and loves to use what she learned to mentor interpreters in any stage of their career.  She has always had a passion for science and technology, and has channeled that interest into a love of interpreting all things STEM.  She also enjoys traveling and interacting with people from across the globe.  In her free time, she loves to read fantasy or detective novels, travel, and cook (with a special love for Korean or British foods).
