Introduction

Visit the Rock Gym, located in the Field House basement, near the racquetball court!

Rock climbing is an activity in which participants climb up, down, or across natural rock formations or artificial rock walls. The goal is to reach the endpoint of a pre-defined route without falling and then return to the base of the route safely.

This physically and mentally demanding sport can test a climber’s strength, endurance, agility, balance, and mental and emotional limits. Plus, it’s fun!
