Welcome to ‘Global Connection‘
The Global Connection Newsletter, published by the Office of International Affairs (IA), will be distributed electronically to the campus periodically to provide information about Gallaudet’s outreach efforts in serving the global community.
Global Connection reports on the steps the University has taken, and previews its future plans, to offer and oversee international and intercultural education opportunities for Gallaudet students and faculty, as well as the global community, through enrollment and retention, and research, development, and outreach.
The newsletter also showcases the opportunities Gallaudet departments offer to promote research and study abroad programs related to educational pursuits, including coursework, internships, cross-cultural studies, and scholarly exchanges. It also demonstrates Gallaudet’s commitment to producing graduates who understand the importance of connecting with other societies around the world and sharing their knowledge.
IA encourages all campus units to contact us with any news related to their involvement with international outreach.
