Report a Violation or Adverse Event

Gallaudet takes your safety and rights seriously. If you have concerns or feedback about a past or current research study approved by the Gallaudet IRB, we want to know. Please contact us using the web form at the bottom of this webpage to:

• Report a Gallaudet IRB violation that you may be aware of as a member of a research team,
• Report an adverse reaction (illness, trauma, injury, etc) during a research study in which you are a participant or a member of the research team, or
• Give feedback on a study you participated in or have information about
