HearHub is dedicated to advancing research in auditory processing, listening effort, hearing technologies, and inclusive communication. Our work centers on how individuals perceive and respond to sound in complex environments, particularly those with auditory processing disorders (APD), hearing loss, or cognitive listening challenges. In addition to experimental hearing science, we explore the social and psychological dimensions of hearing, including attitudes toward hearing loss and the role of parental perspectives in access to care and intervention. Our goal is to create evidence-based tools and insights that improve hearing health equity across populations.
