Request for Services

Disability service requests can be completed via Workday. Here’s how:

1. Log into Workday and type in the search bar at the top of the page, “Create Request.”
2. A list of options will appear – click on “Create Request”
3. Click on the list icon to the right of “Request type” to view the drop down menu
4. Click on “Request Types without Workday Objects
5. Select the type of accommodation you want to create a request for.
   1. Student Accommodations – Meal Waiver
   2. Student Accommodations – Parking
   3. Student Accommodations Request – Academics & Classroom
   4. Student Accomodations Request – Housing
   5. Student Accommodations Request – Assistance Animal
