About
I grew up in a suburb south of Chicago and attended the Illinois School for the Deaf. In 2010, I moved to Washington, D.C. to pursue my university education. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, followed by a Master of Public Administration from Gallaudet University.
I began my career as an eLearning Specialist, supporting faculty and students for four years. Currently, I serve as an Applications Administrator. In this role, I maintain and optimize a wide range of systems and infrastructures, including ServiceNow, Okta, Blackboard, Google Workspace, Zoom Workplace, Adobe Sign, Kaltura, Echo360, Microsoft 365, and various integrations, including AI. I also develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow, Okta, Blackboard, Zoom Workplace, API integrations, Python scripts, automations, and web developments.
