Live, study, and collaborate with a global community of deaf and hard of hearing students.
Since the year 2000, we’ve been admitting hearing students into our B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. Interpretation programs to provide essential interpretation skills and techniques in an unmatched, immersive ASL and English environment.
Did we mention that we’re the only university in the world to offer both undergraduate and graduate-level programs? There’s nowhere better to become a top-notch ASL Interpreter and generate the unmatched impact Gallaudet is known for in our community and beyond.
Just like their deaf counterparts, HUGs join organizations and clubs, and play varsity and intramural sports. They are equally immersed into the culture and traditions of the world’s premier university for the deaf and hard of hearing.
