If you are using Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) funding for your books, please contact your VR counselor to confirm that your authorization documents have been sent to Gallaudet Student Financial Services at Click to reveal email.

A hold on your account could indicate one of the following:

• Current outstanding account balance of $3,000 or more. You cannot register until the account is paid in full.
• Old bad debt. You cannot register until the past-due balance is paid in full.
• Graduated with an outstanding balance.
• Your Bison account balance has been sent to a collections agency.
• You are an international student required to pay tuition upfront.

You can pay off your balance using any of the following payment options:

• • Credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) — recommended
  • E-checks and e-savings — there is no charge for this service

How to Submit Your Payment via Workday/Transact:

1. Log in to Workday (gallaudet.okta.com) and click Menu
2. Select My Financials
3. Click Make a Payment – Transact
4. A new window will open where you can submit your payment
