Overview
Our Chemistry programs include two undergraduate degrees and one minor. Chemistry faculty and staff work directly with students to create programs that meet their needs and interests. Students have the classes and research opportunities to build the foundation for a successful career in forensics, environmental studies, pharmaceuticals, chemical engineering, energy, and more.

B.A. / B.S. in Education - Science Specialization (CHE, BIO, MATH)
Students who are majoring in biology, chemistry, and mathematics can also work their way toward full licensure in teaching and working with students in grades 6-12.

Opportunities
Students who graduate from our chemistry programs will have demonstrated working knowledge of chemistry, lab work, analyzing and presenting data, and the ability to evaluate research literature. Students will have also gained invaluable experience working in labs both on and off-campus and participating in the deaf and hard of hearing community at Gallaudet and in Washington, D.C.
