The Fund shall be used to provide financial support for tuition scholarships for full-time deaf or hard of hearing students seeking a degree in English or Theater from the University. Recipients must demonstrate financial need and be in good academic standing.

The fund will support Model Secondary School for the Deaf graduates with academic excellence, with a first preference to support BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) students. If none can be found, the award will be given to any MSSD graduate with a 3.0 GPA.
