Please review the tuition and refund policy below. Students have until the last day of the first week of classes to drop their courses and receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees. For the Spring terms, refund deadlines may fall on a Monday due to the MLK holiday.

If you have bookstore purchases through eCampus, please work directly with them to arrange textbook returns. Please note that if you have moved into the residence halls and/or utilized a meal plan, you will be charged for the time you were on campus.

Mandatory Fees refund are based on the class starts, following its schedule.

  • Through day 6: 100% refund

  • Day 7 and after: 0% refund

Tuition refunds for 8-week sessions are based on the session’s start date, following its specific charge adjustment schedule.

  • Through day 6: 100% refund

  • Through day 13: 80% refund

  • Through day 20: 60% refund

  • Through day 27: 40% refund

  • Day 28 and after: 0% refund

Academic Year 2026-2027 

Fall 2026 Refund Policy:

***To receive a full refund on tuition and fees, you must drop all courses before September 4th, 2026.

During the second week of class (last day on September 11th, 2026)

  • Receive a refund of 80% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 20% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

During the third week of class (last day on September 18th, 2026)

  • Receive a refund of 60% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 40% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

During the fourth week of class (last day on September 25th, 2026)

  • Receive a refund of 40% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 60% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

Thereafter (0% starting on September 26th, 2026)

  • Receive no refund for tuition and housing
  • Be responsible for 100% of your tuition, mandatory fees, and all other fees incurred. 

Spring 2027 Refund Policy:

***To receive a full refund on tuition and fees, you must drop all courses before January 25th, 2027.

During the second week of class (last day on February 1st, 2027)

  • Receive a refund of 80% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 20% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

During the third week of class (last day on February 8th, 2027)

  • Receive a refund of 60% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 40% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

During the fourth week of class (last day on February 15th, 2027)

  • Receive a refund of 40% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 60% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

Thereafter (0% starting on February 16th, 2027)

  • Receive no refund for tuition and housing
  • Be responsible for 100% of your tuition, mandatory fees, and all other fees incurred.

Fall 2025 Refund Policy:

***To receive a full refund on tuition and fees, you must drop all courses before August 29th, 2025.

During the second week of class (last day on September 5th, 2025)

  • Receive a refund of 80% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 20% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

During the third week of class (last day on September 12th, 2025)

  • Receive a refund of 60% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 40% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

During the fourth week of class (last day on September 19th, 2025)

  • Receive a refund of 40% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 60% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

Thereafter (0% starting on September 20th, 2025)

  • Receive no refund for tuition and housing
  • Be responsible for 100% of your tuition, mandatory fees, and all other fees incurred. 

Spring 2026 Refund Policy:

During the second week of class (last day on February 2nd, 2026)

  • Receive a refund of 80% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 20% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

During the third week of class (last day on February 9th, 2026)

  • Receive a refund of 60% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 40% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

During the fourth week of class (last day on February 16th, 2026)

  • Receive a refund of 40% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 60% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

Thereafter (0% starting on February 17th, 2026)

  • Receive no refund for tuition and housing
  • Be responsible for 100% of your tuition, mandatory fees, and all other fees incurred.

  • Receive a refund of 80% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 20% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

During the third week of class (last day on September 13th, 2024)

  • Receive a refund of 60% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 40% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

During the fourth week of class (last day on September 20th, 2024)

  • Receive a refund of 40% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 60% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

Thereafter (0% starting on September 21st, 2024)

  • Receive no refund for tuition and housing
  • Be responsible for 100% of your tuition, mandatory fees, and all other fees incurred. 

Spring 2025 Refund Policy:

***To receive a full refund on tuition and fees, you must drop all courses before January 24th, 2025.

During the second week of class (last day on January 31st, 2025)

  • Receive a refund of 80% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 20% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

During the third week of class (last day on February 7th, 2025)

  • Receive a refund of 60% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 40% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

During the fourth week of class (last day on February 14th, 2025)

  • Receive a refund of 40% of your tuition
  • Be responsible for 60% of the costs of the remaining tuition
  • All fees are non-refundable

Thereafter (0% starting on February 15th, 2025)

  • Receive no refund for tuition and housing
  • Be responsible for 100% of your tuition, mandatory fees, and all other fees incurred.
