Intent to Submit Form: Instructions

Gallaudet personnel interested in applying for a funding opportunity are required to fill out the “Intent to Submit an External Grant or Contract Proposal” Form, also known as an ISF. This form ensures internal communication and coordination toward securing resource commitments necessary to support the application if successful.
