To reduce administrative processing of small-dollar refunds, Gallaudet University Student Financial Services has established a minimum refund threshold of $15 for vocational rehabilitation or third-party sponsorship agencies.

Refunds of $15 or more: Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with university procedures.

Refunds under $15 and less than one fiscal year old: These refunds may be reviewed before processing.

Refunds under $15 outstanding for more than one fiscal year: These refunds may be subject to write-off with Finance approval.
All refunds and write-offs are subject to applicable university financial policies and approval procedures.
