Tuition Waiver Guidelines

  1. The webpage link for the tuition waiver benefit and form is at https://mygu.gallaudet.edu/pages/tuition-waiver.
  2. After clicking the weblink, the web page will show up. At the bottom of the webpage, click on “Adobe eSign”.
  3. Click on “Start from library”.
  4. Click on “Workflows”.
  5. Click on “Human Resources – Tuition Waiver”.
  6. You will need to put down your email and supervisor’s email addresses. (If the tuition waiver is for a dependent (not the employee), the student is required to sign the waiver.
  7. Click on “Send”.
  8. You will need to complete the form and attach the documents.
  9. The form will go to the Registrar Office and Student Financial Services. You will get a final copy after all signatures are received.
