Gallaudet hosts Naval Academy for debate on whether deaf people should be allowed to serve

Gallaudet University hosted a groundbreaking debate Thursday night in which members of its debate team – the first deaf debate team at any college in the country – joined with members of the U.S. Naval Academy’s debate team to argue whether deaf people should be allowed to serve in the military.
