Students who wish to apply for disability-support services from DSC must first self-disclose the need for academic adjustments, auxiliary aids, and/or services by completing the intake process to establish eligibility for particular accommodations and services.
In order for a student’s disability to be considered for accommodation, the student must provide documentation that that they have a physical or mental impairment and it substantially limits one or more major life activities. This is how disability is defined by federal law.
