EOP.07: Title IX Recordkeeping
Effective: August 1, 2024
For a period of at least seven (7) years following the conclusion of the Resolution Process, the University and Clerc Center will maintain records of:
- Each sex discrimination, sex-based harassment, and retaliation resolution process, including any Final Determination regarding responsibility or appeal, and any audio or audiovisual recording or transcript required under federal regulation.
- Any disciplinary sanctions imposed on the Respondent.
- Any supportive measures provided to the Parties and any remedies provided to the Complainant or the community designed to restore or preserve equal access to the University’s and/or Clerc’s education program or activity.
- Any appeal and the result therefrom.
- Any Informal Resolution and the result therefrom.
- All materials used to provide training to the Title IX Coordinator and designees, Investigators, Decision-makers, Appeal Decision-makers, Informal Resolution Facilitators, and any person who is responsible for implementing the University’s and/or Clerc’s Resolution
