Gallaudet women’s volleyball in playoffs
Fresh off a 28-3 regular season campaign, the Gallaudet University women’s volleyball team is the first seed in the Volt division of the United East Conference tournament, which begins tomorrow. The team received a first round bye, and will play at home on Tuesday, November 7 at 7 p.m. against the lowest remaining seed in the divisional semifinals.
According to Gallaudet Sports Information, the team’s .903 regular season win percentage is its highest ever under head coach Lynn Ray Boren, ’94, in his 18-season tenure. The 28 wins also are the most in a season since 2012 when GU posted a 31-7 record. Gallaudet has tallied an impressive 25-1 record after beginning the season 3-2.
Best wishes to our women’s volleyball team!
