Requirements and Qualifications

  • Commit two consecutive semesters to the PHA program.
  • Have and maintain a semester and cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.8 or above.
  • Be and remain a full-time undergraduate student (registered for at least 12 undergraduate credits during both the Fall and Spring semesters.)
  • Attend PHA training in August and January.
  • Provide two unrelated references who can comment on your academic, personal, and/or professional performance.
