Commencement to be held May 15
Gallaudet University will hold its 140th Commencement on Friday, May 15 beginning at 1:30 p.m. in the Field House. The procession of graduates begins at 1:15.
Ticket holders may be seated in the Field House, and overflow seating is available, without a ticket, in the Andrew Foster Auditorium. The May 15 Commencement procession and ceremony, as well as the May 14 Graduate Awards and Hooding, can also be viewed via webcast.
The Honorable Wilma Newhoudt-Druchen, ’92 & G-’05, will deliver the Commencement address. Bradley Eugene Dale and Colleen Marie Doyle will share the dais as undergraduate speakers, and Luciana Melinda Spinosi will represent graduate students.
Following the ceremony, a reception will be held in the I. King Jordan Student Academic Center.
