Mindi Greenland is vice president of people and services with Georgia United Credit Union in Duluth, Ga. She is responsible for developing human resources strategies aimed at employee development, talent acquisition and retention, team performance, and engagement, and compensation and benefits for the credit union’s 350 employees across 20 office locations. Throughout her career, Greenland has been noted for her success with increasing organizational efficiency and elevating employee engagement and work satisfaction.

Greenland started her career in human resources while attending Gallaudet as an HR intern for the Department of Defense. Upon graduation, she transitioned to the U.S. Census Bureau as an employee relations specialist where she supported the Atlanta and Chicago regional offices. Greenland graduated summa cum laude from Gallaudet with a degree in Communication Studies.
