Instructions on how to Download Insurance Card(s)

Step 1: Click on the link

Step 2: Search for GU

Step 3: Click on the Blue lines in upper right corner of your screen

Step 4: Slect MY ACCOUNT from the options. 

Step 5: If you DO NOT have an account select Create Account, if you do have an account, Login.
