This project is funded by the National Institutes of Health – National Institute of Aging (NIA) REAP grant (Grant #: R15AG087454) through March 2027.
The goal of this project is to determine if exercise programs tailored specifically to deaf senior citizens who use ASL have positive impacts. Balance in Motion, an 8-week exercise classes are offered in Fall 2024, Spring 2025, Fall 2025, and Spring 2026.
